FastMatch Makes It Easy to Schedule Appointments

Making appointments with the FASTMATCH electronic scheduling system is easier than ever. When you register, you will be assigned a Registration ID to gain access to the FASTMATCH system. With our new mobile apps feature, the Product Show can go with you wherever you go via your smartphone!

FASTMATCH™ appointments are not required to view products or visit the product section of booths.

For exhibitors (suppliers, master distributors
and service providers):

As an exhibitor, you will receive one password for your company. This password will allow your designated
FASTMATCH  Coordinator to schedule appointments for all delegates registered under your company. The FASTMATCH  Coordinator will manage all aspects of their company’s appointment schedule. The coordinator will accept, reject, or reschedule all appointments with trading partners. The coordinator will assign appointments to specific delegates attending the Product Show from their company. Incoming appointments are requested with companies; coordinators accept an appointment and assign it to a delegate from their company or decline the appointment.

FASTMATCH is a two-way system. Not only can you accept appointment requests, you can also make appointment requests. Manufacturers, master distributors and service providers can also request appointments to be held at their booth with individual trading partners.

Using a FASTMATCH Coordinator makes it easy to track scheduled meetings, locations and cancellations for all Product Show attendees from their company. The FASTMATCH coordinator can help speed the meeting process, ensure companies meet all their appointments and improve relationships with current and potential partners.

For attendees (primarily distributors and IMRs):
Distributors and independent manufacturer representatives will be given a user Registration ID for every registered delegate from their company. Each delegate has the ability to log in and schedule their appointments at the Product Show. Appointment requests are made with companies, and Exhibitor FASTMATCH™ Coordinators will assign individual delegates for that appointment. A new feature for 2012 will allow attendees to view calendars and request appointments with fellow attendees. And, if a company wishes to appoint a FASTMATCH™ Coordinator to manage your appointments, the FASTMATCH™ Coordinator will receive all of the Registration IDs for their company and be able to log in with them to set up appointments for the applicable delegate.

Another new feature for 2012 is "myExpoPlan," which allows you to schedule your visits using the floor plan as a guide and you can export your appointments to Outlook.

8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.    FASTMATCH™ appointments accepted
10:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.    Open time, no FASTMATCH™ appointments required
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.  Lunch on Product Show Floor
1:15 p.m. - 4:35 p.m.  FASTMATCH™ appointments accepted
     
Tuesday, April 24    
8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.    FASTMATCH™ appointments accepted
10:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.    Open time, no FASTMATCH™ appointments required
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.  Lunch on Product Show Floor
1:15 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.    FASTMATCH™ appointments accepted

FASTMATCH™ appointments are 15 minutes. If you need more time, consider requesting two appointment slots.

Exhibitor profiles
As an added benefit, FASTMATCH™ allows exhibitors to add a new level of detail about their companies to their company profile and keep their exhibit "alive" long after the show ends. On the "myProfile" section of the site, exhibitors can add Website links, electronic brochures, and links to videos that will better describe and promote their company and their product. This information uploaded in advance will greatly enhance the quality of your meetings.
