Here's where you can find everything you need to know about setting up a booth for the 2012 ISA Product Show & Conference. The two-day Product Show is the chance for manufacturers, master distributors and service providers to put their best foot forward. As an exhibitor, you'll want to provide enough staff to allow visitors to view product at their leisure, while still conducting private one-on-one meetings with your scheduled FASTMATCH™ appointments.

Each manufacturer and master distributor exhibitor will be able to purchase a booth in one of three sizes (10-foot x 20-foot, 10-foot x 40-foot or 20-foot x 20-foot). Service providers will be able to purchase a 10-foot x 10-foot booth.  All booths are provided the following:

  • One 6-foot skirted table
  • Four chairs
  • One wastebasket
  • One 7-inch x 44-inch ID sign
  • Pipe & Drape
  • Booth carpeting

Exhibitors may bring their trade show booths and tabletop displays and may distribute marketing materials. Pop-up booths, banners and other company signage will be permitted, but must be contained within the size of your booth. Signage can be hung from the 8-foot high back wall. Consumables (food, candy, etc.), samples and other souvenirs are permitted. Electricity, catering and other services may be ordered at the exhibitor's expense (forms are listed below). You must be able to carry the exhibit/display in and out on your own or make arrangements with Excel Decorators Inc. for drayage at your own expense. No liquor or entertainment of any kind will be permitted.

One 20' x 20' booth   $3,100 (first-come, first-served)


Service provider booth fees

(limit one 10' x 10' booth per company)

One 10' x 10' booth   $1,050

 

Exhibitor Move-in / Exhibitor Guidelines
The exhibit hall at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, April 22, for exhibitor move-in. Show management has set up show guidelines to maintain the professionalism of the Product Show. Click here to access the ISA 2012 Product Show Guidelines.
